...is that no matter how freaking COLD it gets, if snow is not on the ground, outside chores continue to be an issue. The problem, obviously, is that it is really really cold outside right now; if the temps don't get low enough, those brisky brisky brisk brisk winds do the trick. It might be 17 degrees F outside but when that wind blows, HOO YA those numbers drop exponentially, as in, down to 5 degrees F.
